Last night The X Factor got even better, when a little guy named Brian Bradly stepped onstage and called Simon Cowell out.  That’s right:  the young, wannabe rapper actually strutted out there in front of thousands of people, answered a question or two, and then abruptly changed the subject by asking, “Yo man, yo Simon, what are you doin?  Yo, I saw you!  What’s wrong with you?”  Simon’s jaw dropped, his normally confident or bored stare transforming to one of concerned perplexity as the young man continued to accuse him of something no one in the audience was privy to.  Even I was confused, and people in the room with me were saying, “That kid has a terrible attitude.”  But something in me made me reply, “Wait.  This is going to be good.”

And it was!  Brian Bradly is sure to be one of America’s brightest young stars, thanks to his clever segue into an act that blew us all away.  He had so much energy I thought he’d gulped a few bottles of Red Bull or maybe pumped up with a P90X workout.
